The place was very nice and staff was very nice. And it was very private.

Nothing it was very quiet and peaceful

There were cockroaches in my room and I was completely shocked when I saw them

I called ahead, the man said room was ready. When arrived, the room smelled terribly musty & like a pet had been in it, no AC turned on for air circulation so it was warm. Worker said it was a no pet room. Stains on carpet. My husband left part of his medical equipment there when we left. When I called front desk, man said he doesn't do anything with lost & found. He said to call back next day. That person also said they do nothing with lost & found to even check it. Was told I needed to call back on 3rd day when same housekeeper is there. Finally was told they had it. Our grandson was able to pick up since he goes to college in Dubuque.

There's no elevator so hauling luggage up to the third floor was unpleasant. Towels and pillows were small and thin. Toilet seat is uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very limited and it was noisy.
