Property was decent, would stay again.

The stench in the rooms were not pleasant

They show hot tub suites as available on their site but those are “rented” to long term residents. I was told to check to make sure that the heater worked and if there was any hot water. The bathroom had a used towel in it.

Try calling this hotel! Phone number is a non working number. Took my money and I couldnt get a response via phone or email to confirm my reservation. I had to book another hotel to ensure I had rooms for the balloon fiesta weekend. Still have not gotten a response and no way to contact them. Took my $400 for two rooms for one nite which I didnt use because I was traveling from Wi. and couldnt confirm reservation. Reported to BBB who couldnt contact them and to Hotel.com who couldnt contact them. No responses to emails from them either.

The staff was friendly. But the rooms need to be updated. No tv in the livingroom. The furniture is very old.

I can see that the property has a lot of character and potential. Must have been very beautiful in it's prime days, but definitely needs TLC. The staff however made up for the minor defects of the property, so I would definitely come back and stay.

Its a very big beautiful hotel, I liked my stay here because just about every time I left my room I felt like I was walking through my own mansion ! There's hardly ever people out and about. Just the staff and a couple of humans here and there. The steam room and pool are indoors and very clean. My room felt like my own apartment, beds were very comfortable and I couldnt hear any loud noises from the other rooms. Very pleasant, quiet place to stay

This hotel has seen better days. It is dated, very dirty, some ceilings are falling down, and the furniture is very worn and filthy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The bathroom was broken. They put us in another room and that bathroom was broken too.
