Nothing!!!! didn’t stay I want a refund

This stay was much better then the last time. This may possibly be my go to place in Albuquerque. The staff was great and helpful.

This place is used for long term living & strictly is not a hotel. They did try to make it look nice, but its old & beds are not comfortable.It does not give you a safe feeling & blinds in room stay open. You do not get your deposit back until someone actually goes & checks your room so it tells you the clientele they are used to staying there. I would not stay here again.

I stayed here several years ago and liked it, but it has fallen into disrepair. Several things in thw room were broken or dirty, many room AC units weren't working (the woman at the front desk was aware of that and found us a better air conditioned room) and the bathroom was dingy. It was not inexpensive, wither. Not worth the price.

Ok stay for last minute trip. I was required to place a $200 deposit (which I was unaware of). The room was rough, broken sink which was put back together with wall calking. The room was super hot, and the air conditioner didn’t not work very well.

Very courteous staff. Awesome breakfast.

They couldn’t fix their door key, they were letting homeless in, and it was located in a bad part town, plus lots of things were dirty or broken.

The property was interesting. The dining area was an interesting room but furnishings for dining were cheap. This place was really something in it's hayday but far from it now.Room was clean and plenty of space. Bed was excellent.

I was going on a Sun Tours event and needed to find a hotel close by so that I could get to the Sun Tours office at 7 am. The Barcelona Suites was just three blocks away. Perfect. Also the suite I stayed in was large and comfortable. Not the Ritz but it got the job done.

Receptionist was All over the place she she had money on the counter it took forever to get checked in and then she checked us into a room that was already occupied then we had to go back down there she didn't know what room to put us in which took another 35 minutes. The room smelts very outdated furniture the bed Was horrible didn't get a good night's sleep was just disgusting. They did have free breakfast and they asked if we wanted it delivered to the room we said yes we never got our breakfast.Definitely not what I was expecting will never stay there again.
