This is a very poorly maintained property! Very misleading in regards to how they present themselves. Better off to find a $50 or less motel in a not so safe area, you’ll have the same experience! None or partial curtains on east facing room, broken blinds and broken controls for the blinds, door locks not working, broken and run down furniture, stains on sheets, no breakfast as advertised, water was shut off with no communication, transients sleeping on the bench in the supposed secure/gated parking garage as well as transients walking through the main door and lobby being yelled at by management! Extremely disappointing!

Terrible experience. The stay itself was ok at best with the facility pretty outdated and in poor condition. The tile in the shower was stained and was pretty gross. Worst of all is that the hotel tried to fraudulently charge my credit card $950 months later without my consent of course, and when I went to the business to inquire about this issue and asked if my card can be removed from their system, the manager was very rude and all I got was "well, once you've used the card in the past, there's no way to remove it from our system.". Just wow and I never even got an explanation as to why they were trying to charge my card in the first place! Their website is non-functional and good luck trying to get a contact number directly to the hotel desk! Seems shady at best to me and I've filed a complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General's office. Wasn't even going to give them a negative review even though all of that took place, until I received the very rude behavior from the manager even though it seems that they tried to rip me off! BEWARE FOLKS!!!

The property was run down with peeling paint, broken windows, dirty curtains hanging out of windows, window air conditioners jammed in place, barred parking garage and front door to entry was locked. You had to call to enter. Property looks like it is rented by the hour with broken furniture leaning against windows that is visible from the street.

I admit, I should've checked the reviews first before booking. With that said, this property needs to be removed from Expedia's list/choices of hotels to stay at in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Lobby/front desk area was filthy. Roaches crawling on the front desk and flies buzzing around all over the place. People appearing to be homeless crashed out near the elevator door. The woman at the front desk would not let me get a refund per their policy which was just ridiculous. Her husband appeared oblivious to anything and everything going on there. The first room (in a separate building from the main hotel) was too filthy for me and my infant daughter to stay in so the front desk lady moved me to a room in the main building. It was a slight upgrade from the other but still filthy. We ended up staying somewhere else from the fist day of my stay til the last. 4 days booked, no money back at all. What a load of crap.

Pretty building but room needs upgrade and attention

Pictures on website are extremely deceiving. This place used to be a full hotel, now half of it, is an “apartment” rental property. NOT mentioned on the website. Everything about it looks n feels creepy, unsafe, and unclean. Parking lot, just like the scary movies- empty and dark. The room does not even have warm blankets. Everything is old!

was with my granddaughter and mother an felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. it was dirty an cabinet doors were falling off. i never complain but never had such a bad experience 😞

People live here and smoke at the entrance and garage. Condition poor. Desk staff friendly yet not used to checking in guests taking long time. Sad state.

Felt very unsafe and very worn down. The check in process was very long and had to pay an extra $100 cash deposit. They had us check in our vehicles for a private garage, however it was very sketchy and had random cars come in through the exit and a group of guys were having a party on their truck bed while we tried to find a somewhat clean spot. Once we got room keys (an hour later) one door did not have a lock and the other rooms smelled horrible, like mildew, cigarette and pot smoke. The rooms looked unsafe and unlivable. The photos on here are outdated and deceiving. This is not a hotel, these are apartments! We had to request a refund since we felt very out of place and felt we had to look over our shoulders the entire time we were there. This is NOT a family place. The manager did give us our cash deposit back and had promised to refund our reservation since we did not stay there.
