The entire front desk staff were more then exceptional Hokulani, Whitney, Solendra and Caui, treated us with the utmost kindness and Taylor at the Mahina and Sun restaurant a kind hard worker makes a great addition to your staff.

Location is great central to everything. Restaurant and Chris the owner made our trip. Great service drinks and food. The hotel was nice but was a bit musty in the rooms and they moved 2 of our groups through their stay for maintenance which is kind of inconvenient Was in the shower a few times and ran out of water completely. Not just my room but my friend as well. Told front desk about it. So they can fix for future guest. Other than that we would stay again. Price location and staff were amazing. Great vibe. Had a blast

Very cute, very clean, extremely convenient location. Major bus stop and an ABC steps away; 5 min walk to Target, Longs Drugs, and several food courts. Really appreciated the reverse osmosis water dispenser in the courtyard.

The location is very close to the heart of Waikiki. The beach is a 10-15 minute walking distance, but far enough away from the business that pick up and drop off is very easy. There's no parking on site so we used SpotHero to reserve a parking spot about 2 blocks away for our rental car. The hotel itself is a little rundown and looks better in the photos compared to real life but for the price and location, we can't complain. The amenities are a little run down too (ie. pool, sitting areas, restaurant). We ate at the restaurant on site and it was okay. We watched videos online about the restaurant and had high hopes, but the menu has changed a lot and the food was just okay. We were on the 8th floor and there was still a lot of noise. Walls are thin. Garbage trucks beeping in the morning. Pigeons purring all the time. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. We used a white noise on Spotify. There was a water station on the first floor that was really helpful. Front desk was nice but they could use more training on explaining amenities and events they have going on.

청소 깔끔하고 빠르게 해주셨습니다. 침구도 편안하고 온도도 적당했네요.

방음이 심각합니다. 복도에서 사람들 떠드는 소리, 걸어다니는 소리, 애들 뛰어다니는 소리 엄청 크게 들려요. 아침부터 뭔가 작업하시는데 그 소리 때문에 새벽마다 깨버림.
