Everything was great! Loved the clean comfortable room and the massage chair was fantastic after snowboarding all day
Key badges did not work. Locked out of room. Wasted time running around exchanging and still was not given access. People had to let me in and showed me they had two types of badges for access on multiple incidents.
We had an amazing time in Keystone over Thanksgiving week. It's nice to stay right in the village and there are a lot of activities available nearby for everyone to enjoy besides skiing or snowboarding.
It was just perfect for me and my two young children. Very family friendly and so convenient!

Do not get a studio at this property. The Murphy bed was extremely uncomfortable. No AC made the room stiflingly hot. The room was too crowded to walk in with the bed down. I would stay there again, but only in a 1 or 2 bedroom condo.
I love the river run village at keystone. The property is well maintained and offers so much to do!
