My Experience Was So Amazing It Was An Experience I’ll Do Over & Over Again The Food, Room, & Concert, Overall The Stay Was So Welcoming & Amazing Very Genuine People & Respectful Always Greeting Us As We Go In & Out The Hotel Didn’t Have Not One Problem They Definitely Will Be The Only Hotel I Will Be Attending Every Time I Come From NY & We Drove A Long Way So The Concert Was Everything When I Was Laying Down For The Last Day I Wasn’t Ready To Go I Wanted To Stay Longer, Thank You Jennifer At The Front Desk She Was So Sweet I Appreciate Everybody As Well At The Front Desk Very Professional.

This place was so clean and peaceful. The room was cozy and came with complimentary water, robes and etc. I really enjoyed my showers while staying here. The breakfast and mimosas was really really amazing I would’ve loved to stay longer.

Mikias at the Valet was awesome. Everyone from the bartender to the people who check in were wonderful. The hotel itself was just ok. Weird lighting, my balcony was full of weeds and only one chair for 2 people. I paid extra for that balcony. Suede headboard with stains. Not my favorite hotel experience.

Great hotel that matches its excellent location. Came to see a soccer match at Audi Field and discovered a vibrant Navy Yards neighborhood full of great pubs and restaurants. Nearby Metro stop means everything from airports to tourist sites to Tysons Corner is readily accessible. Quiet and well-designed room used space effectively, with a great bathroom and shower. Airy and light lobby amenable to a cocktail and laptop work. We will definitely return here.

The hotel room was great. It lives up to the Thompson name. Room service was served in cardboard take out containers and plastic utensils. I had to request a stoneware bowl and utensils. Requested a blanket and it was tattered with holes. Kind of shocking for a Thompson. I've stayed at several other locations they were all amazing. I still love the Thompson brand DC just really let me down.

Had a wonderful experience with Valet parking! Kari was a great and well mannered young man extremely helpful on a busy day and we really appreciate his willingness to help. Would definitely be parking again in the future.

This is an AMAZING hotel. Staff was so great and inviting. Location is super cool with nice shops and restaurants. Rooms are beautiful with super comfy beds and great showers. Gym is small but so good. Two Peloton bikes and a Peloton Rower!!! Love this hotel!!!

The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great. The location was so close to wedding events.

Absolutely amazing experience and the property is stunning definitely four seasons and Ritz-Carlton service by the staff. I will absolutely be back again.

We came here for a staycation and weren't in the room much but it's centrally located in Navy Yard close to lots of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. We didn't make it to the gym but it looked well equipped and the roof top bar seemed like a popular spot for drinks. The room itself was nice but the light in our dresser wouldn't turn off all night. We had returned to the room late and didn't feel like calling down to the front desk to get it fixed but it did effect our sleep. Parking it a nearby garage is $40. We had dinner at Chloe and breakfast at Maman - great places nearby to dine. We also had a massage at Aura Spa nearby - highly recommend.
