The pool was beautiful! The food was delicious. The rooms were clean.

It is a very busy property, staff is very hard to find. There were multiple times we would go to the pool and there were no towels.

The pool was heated and very comfortable! The rooms were clean. I loved that it included breakfast and dinner (kickback). The option to get 3 free drinks from the bar was amazing. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

My partner and I had one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had at the Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Dublin. We had a confirmed reservation for May 6–8, 2026, made earlier that same day. We arrived around 11:00 PM, exhausted after a full day, completed the check-in process, and even had the incidental hold placed on our credit card—only to then be told by the front desk employee (Greg) that he was “having trouble” checking us in. After making us stand in the lobby for over an hour, he finally informed us that the hotel was supposedly fully booked and that there was no room available for us. What made this even more concerning was that: * The hotel’s own website had shown available rooms when we booked; * During our wait, we overheard staff discussing available rooms on the phone; * Despite our confirmed reservation, no real solution was offered. The only option presented was that we could maybe stay at another hotel in the chain about 15 minutes away—but transportation and all inconvenience would be our responsibility. That is completely unacceptable, especially when the problem was created by the hotel. Even worse, Greg initially refused multiple times to provide any written proof that the cancellation was caused by the hotel’s lack of availability. Only after repeated insistence did we receive a hotel-generated cancellation document. As a result, my partner and I were left without accommodations close to midnight, in 44°F weather, in a city where we had planned our stay specifically around this hotel’s location. Mistakes happen. What defines a hotel is how it handles them. Unfortunately, in this case, the lack of professionalism, transparency, accountability, and basic concern for guests was deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, especially if arriving late at night.

The hotel is conveniently located in a wonderful area of suburban Columbus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were very good.
