Do not stay here if you are mobility handicapped. The beds are not hoyer friendly. No help from staff at all.

This was are frist time staying at a Drury hotel and it was disappointing. This is not a hotel for seniors my husband and I are baby boomers. This is definitelyment for families with kids. The place was a mess be careful the floors were wet in lobby and by elevators from kids running around with wet feet and bathing suits. Don't get me wrong I love kids and enjoy seeing them having fun but the hotel needs to do a better job cleaning up after them. The room we had was on the fifth floor and the noise from the pool on the first floor was very noisy at 9pm I tried to change rooms but none where available. The room was on the small side as far as hotel rooms go the place was a bit dated and I found a hair in the soap dish in the shower and on the back of the toilet. The free breakfast was pretty standard nothing special we missed the 5:30 to 7:00pm kickback. They say they have free unlimited softdrinks and popcorn but as we found out when we getting ready to leave at 10:45am I went to the drink machine to get a diet coke and I was told it was turned off and only available during breakfast and kickback hours. But they made it sound like it's available all the time it's a little deceiving I was not the only one confused by this there was man sitting in the lobby that thought the same. Well if you have kids or grandkids have fun we will stick with the Hilton chain from now on.
