Beautiful beach front property. Pool bar had very limited hours. The iguanas were entertaining but can be aggressive. Definitely would stay here again!!

Really enjoyed my stay close to ferry and all staff was so polite and gave great recommendations to dining and places to visit . Even though hurricane Erin made an appearance the staff was very assuring. I felt safe . All the staff at front desk was great wish I could remember all there names but I do remember Khadijah, I would definitely stay there again !!!!

The staff made everything easy from the start. Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. During our stay, the power went out due to the hurricane, but the hotel had a generator, so everything continued running without issue. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. I also requested an extra blanket, and it was delivered to our room within minutes. That kind of attentive service really stood out. Overall, the combination of efficient service, friendly staff, and reliable facilities made our stay very comfortable. And had a lot of places to go and eat very close. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting St. Thomas.

"Very Nice Stay"

Resort is very well maintained and the unit was very sizable and well laid out. The associated restaurants were very good as is the pool area. The beach bar is also a great place for a drink and a chat with the very friendly tender.

I can’t believe how much money we paid in taxis! It was crazy! We also had asked for more towels and such and never got any..and they didn’t do a cleaning of our room bc of our shorter stay which was a bummer…

"Do not stay here"

I would not recommend this hotel. We booked this hotel through Airbnb, and to be clear, this review is not a reflection of the host. The room was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the hotel itself completely failed us. Note, the walls are extremely thin. We could clearly hear conversations coming from the neighboring room, which made rest difficult. Nothing to complain about too much, the guests quieted down about 11 pm. On previous nights, we noticed the phone in the room next door would ring occasionally. We thought maybe someone was calling the guests, wrong. We noticed that the guests next door had checked out on our last day, we suspect now due to the ringing phone. On our final night, the phone started ringing around 11 PM—and continued nonstop through the night. When it first started we thought like any other night it would stop. Around midnight, I contacted security. The young man on duty was kind and tried to help, but he was unable to reach the hotel manager and his manager. He called us back to say that he was able to contact his manager who instructed him not to enter the room and that nothing could be done until hotel staff arrived at 6 AM. The ringing continued and I followed up again around 2:30 AM— the security guard still had no luck reaching hotel management. Finally, at 6:40 AM, security called to say he had reached the manager, who was now aware of the issue. The phone finally stopped ringing at 7:03 AM. No resolution, no apology from management —just hours of lost sleep and frustration. If it wasn’t so complicated to get to another hotel we would have left. Other issues. The lobby staff was unhelpful and often seemed unsure how to answer simple questions—especially when we inquired about transportation options like taxis. It felt like they were completely unprepared. The on-site restaurant, Sangria, was another disappointment. I ordered a few burgers and specifically asked for no “special sauce” (a mayo-based spread). I sat at the bar in which you can view the kitchen. While the chef was preparing the food, I saw the sauce being added to the bun. I alerted the waitress, who looked confused and asked another server for help. Eventually, they came back and claimed a new burger had been made—which was absolutely not true. I was sitting right there. Since we had ordered two burgers, my husband took mine, with cheese. The real concern here is that the food was served incorrectly, even after clearly communicating a dietary restriction. Having a serious allergy, this could’ve been dangerous. I also reached out to the host around 8:45 PM to clarify instructions about returning towels (the check-out instructions weren’t clear on whether it was all towels or just beach towels). I received a response at 2:34 AM, and at 3:00 AM, I replied to the host to inform about the ringing phone issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response to that message. Other major concerns: There is nothing within walking distance. Expect to rent a car or pay $7–$10 per person each way for a taxi. The food is overpriced. The bar closes at 5 PM, which makes no sense for a resort. There are no on-site activities or entertainment—none. The entire property has just one vending machine and one ice machine. There maybe more but we found one. Bottom line: while the host did everything right, the hotel failed at nearly every turn. Poor service, lack of responsiveness, and basic guest needs being ignored made this one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. I absolutely would not recommend it.
