Club Wyndham Palm-Aire

Had a great time, clean resort, nice rooms, lots to do and explore at the resort. Pools were clean and comfy and environment was friendly.

Nice resort. We enjoyed the pool, waterside and games. We played mini golf a couple times, swam and played pool. Nice pool view from our Balcony. Staff was all friendly. The living room furniture is not very comfortable but everything else in the room was great. Nothing fancy, but great accommodations with everything you need. I just hate the presentations they have you sit in. We had some great incentives to go, but we were told 90 mins and it was just over 2 hours! The rep wasn’t listening not listening to us and a little rude when we wanted to just leave. Overall a nice resort. Clean, fun and Friendly.

It’s always a struggle to check in. The management was rude and would not allow us to get our passes unless we listen to another timeshare presentation. We said we were here for my son’s family weekend for college and they still required a $50 deposit to go to the meeting. Every time I check in I am always nervous and always ask my husband to do the job because I know it’s gonna be an issue. We just wanna come here and enjoy our family in the area But it’s always pressure tactics to upgrade and to go to a meeting. The time was at 2:30 and that is when we will be at a football game. I highly discourage anyone from joining this membership. The guy checking is us was named Eddie. He would not give us his last name. He said he was a manager and no one was above him. He was rude! This is no way to treat customers especially those who have paid a significant down payment to join the timeshare and a monthly payments as well for the maintenance fees. Stay away!

I highly rate this Resort. Everything was to my standards or better. I prefer thing in a particular way. Didn't have to worry about. i give it Thumbs Up.

The resort is clean and well kept. Many activities. The one big downer is the check-in process. You have to endure a sales pitch to get your room keys. Very pushy!!

The property was nice overall. Upon check-in there is a fee for parking. After that they send you to another desk which tries to upsell a timeshare. They were pushy and told multiple times no. Push to get you to take a meeting for 90 minutes. Did not do it but spent 15 minutes saying no before I got my hotel keys. Other than that the property was nice. The room was a very good size. With a 1 king bed had a view over the pool. 2 full bathrooms in the room and a full kitchen as well. Had a sofa bed too but didn’t need or use that. Supermarket right next door which was nice for getting things. Over all a nice place. Getting to the main entrance was a little tricky as GPS took you to a side gate you could not get into without a key card. Make sure you pull into the hotel/resort area. Otherwise it is big with houses and villas so could be a little confusing if you are not paying attention. Overall got it at a decent price.
