Club Wyndham Palm-Aire

Poor grounds and pool maintenance. Trash left in pool and on pool deck for two days. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk staff it was a game of pass the buck to avoid taking responsibility. When I did corner a desk person, she had a bad attitude and treated me like it was my fault the hot tub area was messy with trash. The rest of the building we stayed in was ok, and most of the staff were friendly. I will avoid going there again.

this place was really nice howevery if you don't intend to buy the points program don't go we were told to never sign up again hey they are the ones that want you to do it if they only want buyers oh well I tried to cancel the appointment and get my deposit due to being sick and was told I would only get it back if we went tell them you are sick they will get out quickly nope kept us there the whole 90 minutes and was asked a dkd I believe in GOD now what does that have to do with a time share points preview sorry at our age and the cost of maintane we can travel serval weeks a year on what we don't spend on fee never mind the ciost of buying the point sorry not for us other than that not so good of an experience the place was very clean all furniuture looked new pools although we did not get to use were very nice weather was awesome wish I had not been sick kinda ruined the vacation

Every thing was exceptional

we mostly used the bar, and she was the best. every time we came to order another drink, she always remember what we wanted

Enjoyed the stay and looking forward to coming back and bringing friends and family to enjoy a relaxing vacation
