Great customer service, everyone was very nice

Location for this no encounter was perfect; just 4 minutes from the venue. It was just like spending time at home. Everything equipment needed was in the kitchen to prepare meals.

Actually there’s nothing that I did not like. No it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. Unsure if room service was available; we went out for lunch and dinner.

4th time, always perfect ..We book a few 2/2 units 2x a year..Full kitchen, nice clean jacuzzi. Washer dryer balcony..love it here

This was the Wyndham palm aire my name is Valerie juba I had to cancel an excursion they refused to return my money after they said they would refund me I have called several times they hung on me put me on hold never returned a phone call the front desk people are rude and Janelle who booked my excursion is a liar and thief who said she would cancel my excursion and refund me which she never did they are horrible people don’t stay here

The person at the front desk was not welcoming but she did take our information quickly. We were then directed to the concierge desk to get our room keys. The time share sales person was relentless in inviting us to participate in the sales presentation. We declined several times but yet could not get our room key. After a stern request to get our room keys, we finally got them but by this time we were very aggravated. The building we were in was dated but clean. The suite also was dated but clean and spacious.
