Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center

We just spent the last 6 days in this unit and Baywatch Resort. Save your money and don’t stay here. Room was disgusting and had to clean myself. Pubic har on floors, feet were black from the dirt on floors, have to make your own beds with terrible sheets, blood on couch and pillows. There are 10 rubber sheet type covers shoved in drawers. Unit never washed comforters or any brown blanket. Spent 6 hours cleaning and washing. Black mold all over unit. All around a terrible spot. Baywatch sucked! The ice cream store had maybe 4 flavors, all at the end. Bathrooms were broken the entire time, front desk people sucked. Completely bothered if you asked a question. If you leave your towels on chairs, make sure you are back in 30 minutes or they will move. So don’t plan a long walk and set timers to check back on your towels. Plus, not ONE door was secured. Random people walking around all the time. Everyday had to deal with awful people who snuck in, then had to hear them argue until they leave.Bonus, smokers constantly smoking by gates to beach…which overflows right into pool are. Would definitely not recommend, there are TONS of better spots right down the beach.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! The condo #905 in tower 1 was absolutely beautiful! We got there on Sunday October 12, during the night we started seeing roaches. Called on Monday to report. They wanted us to send pictures. Said someone would come on spray. Went shopping that day lock broke on door had to wait over an hour for someone to come and let us in. They had to take the lock off. No one came on Tuesday, called back they said they could put us in a 2 bedroom for the week, we needed 3 bedroom there were 6 adults and a 3 year old. Beds were hard the ice maker didn’t work. Very unhappy with this condo and the owner.

This was a really nice place and we plan on coming back.

We have been coming every October for the past few years. We have made friends with several who also vome at the same time and with folks who live there year round. The staff is like family to us. We see the same faces every year. BAYWATCH IS VERY SAFE and welcoming to all. We will be back next October, maybe even in April.

My stay was great and the room was wonderful but I do have one complaint is when we where established on the beach for a couple hours a gentleman came down and was setting up a wedding right next to us. We asked him if we had to move. He said no at first, but then it’s starting to get overcrowded so we had to move this happened twice during our stay we stayed September 17 through September 28. Very nice view. We would stay there again.

Refrigerator leaked, ice maker broken, poor furniture, very claustrophobic, handicap parking was almost nonexistent

The staff was great! Easy check in, easy checkout. Great parking garage. Loved the pool and hot tub options! Great beach access! Very good laundry facilities. Our room was good. The room was smaller than I realized based on the pictures. The bathroom was very good and I liked the soap and shampoo/conditioner products. The bed and other furniture was dated and could use an update. We had a partial view of the beach as I expected. We did have roaches and told the staff, they said they sent someone to the room but they said said they didn’t see them, of course they didn’t, they were there during the day and roaches are generally nocturnal. Good A/C in the room. The food at the on-site restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

The less you pay the more of a disaster of a room you get. The more you pay, the better the room gets. I do not want a “repeat” of anything here. Management was nice enough to swap my room and let me pick which one I wanted, but I got upcharged. We were exhausted after our 4 hour drive. I would have to highly recommend not booking this “hotel” because I’m sure “motels” may have them beat with certain things. Also, no washer or dryer in my unit.

The trip was very relaxing. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Not happy we had to pay $25/day to park a 2nd car. Should get at least two parking passes per reservation. The shower had a major leak so there was water all over the floor after we showered each time. Hopefully that will be fixed since I left a note for them. Overall, our stay was nice. Thought it was interesting that the “decor” over the king sized bed was a BATHMAT! We got a good laugh at that. Beach view was beautiful, pool area was very clean and spacious.

Great view from balcony. Room was ready for some work. Kitchen stove had rust on lower edges, and some wall damage needs repair.
