Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center

We enjoyed our visit, but the resort could use some ungraded and repairs. We would stay there again.

Good vacation spot, but just keep away the potty mouth terns yelling off of the balconies.

Roach spotted in the bathroom and horrible parking situation. Old ice machines with scoop ice.. there could have been a body in there. I definitely would say time for some upgrades!! I would not revisit this place

The check-in process was easy and everyone at the front counter provided great customer service. Room was clean with no order. Great view and more than enough room for son and I getaway before he starts school. 1 bedroom condo ocean view looked like what I expected. Will be using resort again and the location is PERFECT. From being around corner from restaurants, Broadway at Beach, TopGolf, Captain Georges Restaurant, and all the grocery stores and shops your heart desire. Amazing!!!

It was all in one facilities

Some maintenance is necessary, peeling paint in the hallways, etc. Otherwise, it's a great place. Staff is amazing, parking is easy and everything we needed as far groceries, dining, etc was very accessible. Already booking for next year.

Checking in was hectic. A lot of codes to keep up with. One to get into the room and another to get into the parking garage. A luggage cart should be offered and not kept out of sight and when I asked for one he took my driver license and kept it until I brought it back. The room was clean on the surface but a lot of hair underneath. I’m not one to go complaining to get another room so I swept and cleaned the best I could but we don’t intend to stay at this facility again

The staff are friendly, and it wasn’t noisy, aside from an occasional screaming kid or barking dog (don’t know how they were there — it said no pets). The parking spaces and garage are very tight. Bed was comfortable enough. Incredibly high water pressure in the shower but barely a trickle in the bathroom sink. Overall, though, the rooms are a little beat up - rust, scuff marks, cheap interiors, noisy front door to our condo. The main area near the ground elevator in the south tower smelled for days, as did some of the indoor pool areas (and not like pool). They often ran out of inner tubes for the lazy river. I would plan ahead more in advance next time and spend more money to get a nicer place. Beach area in front of hotel gets really crowded, so we rented chairs a few boxes down from the hotel, and that was very nice. Nice view. A lot of families with young kids. Would have been nice not to smell marijuana on the balcony every afternoon and evening. Breakfast buffet in cafe was generally well stocked, but the food is cheap quality and what you would expect from a buffet like that. Servers and buffet worker we saw were very helpful and friendly. Overall — good employees. The facilities themselves need updates, paint, and some investment. The fitness room had enough machines and free weights for a decent workout and wasn’t crowded. Laundry facilities on site included two washers and dryers in our building and I assume the same in the North tower.

The locks on the door were keypad that were not functioning properly. We had to go to front desk three times to even get in and then maintenance personnel had to take the locks off change guts and batteries. Very frustrating. Seemed like people could walk off the beach and use facilities such as pools and parking and not be guests. Upon arrival it was congested in our tower and it was people literally just walking thru. We arrived on a Sunday and people without parking passes parked in garage going to beach. No hotel wristbands or anything. The pictures of the property are just deceiving its ok but would.not stay again

Everything was great as far as amenities and everything that needed was there. Great layout, wonderful price, clean. The dishwasher FYI was not working well, you have to click bunch of buttons to get it to go and constantly turn it on and off- it would not fill up with water even though would turn on. I would suggest googling this model how to get it to fill up with water as it’s really impossible otherwise. I hope they will replace it soon! Jacuzzi we couldn’t get to work, but don’t really need it because there is a hot tub on property. Overall great stay and great room!
