Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center

For a big resort place it was kinda dirty outside. Landscape was in disarray and litter laying around all over outside. Other than that it was a nice place with a nice view and nice beach. Food was just ok at the restaurant inside but it wasn’t expensive. Probably would not go again.

I loved the indoor hot tubs and pools

Overall a positive experience. Guests tend to drop trash, like cups and straw wrappers in outdoor pools which is annoying, and pools have sand, but it's on the beach so what can you expect? I saw staff cleaning pools early every morning before they opened so they worked hard to keep up on it. You can hear pretty much everything in the hallways, which was annoying one night when it was after midnight and we were trying to sleep and someone was letting their kids run around. Café and outdoor bar were good. Staff brought us things like towels and toilet paper quickly when we needed to replenish them. Easy walk to beach. Umbrella rental conveniently located right on the beach in front of hotel (not through the hotel though). This was my second time staying here and I will stay here again.

This is a great stay for a family vacation. The kids had fun and so did we!! Having a variety of pools to choose from definitely helps with crowd control. Rooms are spacious and it has a full kitchen with all the pots and pans you need. Overall great stay!

Staff were helpful & friendly. When I 1st arrived it smelled like trash/ garbage everywhere til 1-1/2 days later. Fixtures were rusted carpet looked old & stained outside in the halls & walk ways near elevators. Inside rooms were decent. Patio furniture in rooms & by pools were disgustingly dirty & needed to be covered with towels to sit on. Parking decks smelled like urine & garbage & security gates were broken.

We had a great time! The staff was friendly, rooms were clean upon arrival, pools were nice and clean, super close to the ocean.

We stayed in room 817 from August 9th to August 16th. After we checked in and were attempting to get our luggage up to our room we could not find a cart. I stood next to the elevators waiting for one to be returned. Kristino B. noticed me and came out from behind the front desk to assist me. She noticed that I was waiting for a cart and she actually offered to help me find one and walked outside with me over to the next building where we found several available luggage carts. I believe this was way above and beyond her job duties. She was extremely kind and helpful and friendly and I want to make sure she gets recognized for being an excellent employee. She certainly did not have to do that but she was kind enough to help us and we are eternally grateful!!!
