Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center

Beautiful resort with lots of amenities. The shades in our condo did not work. They covered the doors/window at the balcony so we could not see out. Since they had been installed by the owner the resort could not fix them. We made do, but it was frustrating. Also the elevators got stuck at least twice during the week with our son on it one of those times. The staff is not allowed to help—have to wait on the fire department. Thankful for them. The staff were friendly and helpful with only a couple exceptions. One of the three entrances to the pool areas from the beach was blocked off most of the week. Overall a good week but probably will not stay there again

The stay was nice but the furniture in our room a bit warn, the 9 digit code to get in room was a definite game changer either use people’s phone number or let them set there code but what a pain to have to find the number every time we came in, and parking is definitely hard and even in handicap you did not have enough. Price was great, staff helpful and friendly, food in restaurants good but would not choose this place again.

Fun week! Staff friendly. Building & pools need maintenance but they are working on it. Room 1512 tower 3 great view! Dire need of new furniture, fithy table & chairs, couch its broken down like sitting on the floor, maybe a washable couch cover and some beach decor (there was none). I would go back to this resort but not this room.

The pool area was amazing! Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated pools and a 2 fantastic lazy rivers - one indoor and another outdoor with views of the ocean as you float around. The rooms are spacious and clean. This will definitely be my place to stay in North Myrtle Beach.

The hotel, staff and amenities are great, however, there are some issues with room 922. The room is very dated. The TVs are not smart TVs. The mattresses and couch are horrible. Only 2 burners work on the stove. There are some electrical issues. I highly recommend the hotel but the owners of room 922 need to do better.

It was good, not excellent. All the pictures showed a beachfront room and ours was side view, with a little balcony that you had to hang over the rail to see the ocean. Check out at 10 am it’s ridiculous! More so because chech in was at 4pm. Everywhere else is 3pm-11am. The halls are in dire need of paint, with rust around the doors…
