Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center

Great. We only stayed one night and it was fabulous. The children loved everything. The bars outside and indoor are such a great experience and atmosphere. Kristy and Brendan the bar tenders are FANTASTIC.

The property is nice, the pools are clean with easy access to all pf them. The only issues we had were in the room we stayed in 1840. Was delayed over 30 mins past check in for the room to be cleaned, however, the master bath had sand on the floor and smudges on the mirror. Not a big deal if i hadn't waited over 30 mins past check in for them to "clean" along with having no dish cleaning soap (hand washing liquid or dishwasher). 2 broken chairs on the porch but also not a problem with 6 others available. Freezer was broken so the food we did put in there ended up in the trash. Overall the unit is nice and the wrap around porch is amazing. Just a lack of maintenance and attention to cleaning/stocking.

Clean

The refrigerator didn’t work, the condo was dirty looked like no one had stayed in it for a long time? The resort was nasty, water pools didn’t get cleaned, it was a hassle to get clean towels. Poorly maintained and managed! Would not recommend!

Overall good vacation except when there were no bath towels available in the lobby and no carts available every time we tried to use one. Very hot elevators. Nice pools inside and out and clean room

The resort was ok but dated. Hallways not cleaned well. Beach is very nice.

Was at bay watch from 18-22 June. Went to our room and had a lot of mold and dirt. Shower door and wall had mold and very dirty. Requested a refund or different room. They said Expedia had to refund me. Expedia said the hotel already has my payment. Very, unsanitary resort. Anderson and vista resort was much cleaner and staff and management said they had a lot off issues with bay watch resort. Please stay away!!!

Bay Watch is fine. This condo is small. No dishwasher, no laundry as described room smelled like pickles on day 1.

I was in the north tower in a corner room. I had to go inside a breeze way to get to my door to my room and there was another room right across from my room, not very safe for someone to be stuck in that little area trying to get into their room. Check in was at 4 and they didn’t call me until 430p to let me know my room was ready. Other than those 2 things it was clean and the people were nice.

A good experience overall that was quite affordable. There is plenty of parking, but it’s tight to navigate with traffic. The staff was nice. There were more pools and hot tubs on site than I’ve ever seen on a property this size, and they were open until 11PM - that was wonderful. The hotel property is on the beach, so it could not be any closer, which made things extremely convenient. There were a few things in our condo that needed repair, such as a stove burner out, and a finicky washing machine, and of the 3 elevators in our tower, one was out of commission the whole time, and the other two failed twice (nothing dangerous), but it was a good time overall. The dress on the beach and at the hotel pools were fairly conservative, as it was a small minority of girls that were wearing thongs. The hot tubs were fantastic.
