Everything ! Staff were friendly and very helpful . Delightful rooms, recently renovated and very clean. Restaurant served great food at a great price . Perfect location for getting around Vancouver

Lo que más me gusta de este hotel son las instalaciones y la ubicación. La facilidad de acceder a las pistas sin caminar demasiado y de dejar y acceder al material todos los días.

Es nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel. Todo es genial y lo recomendaría. A veces el personal no es tan amigable. No todos. Algunos sí son excepcionalmente serviciales. Pero por ejemplo llegamos de un vuelo larguísimo, la habitación no estaba lista y aunque uno comprende que hay que esperar al check in, podrían ser más comprensivos en la forma de decírtelo y de hacerte pasar esas horas de espera. Además prometieron darme y avisarme la primera habitación disponible y no lo hicieron sino que tuve que insistir yo. En fin, para un hotel tan caro son areas de mejora importante.

They told us the ski valet was complimentary up to 3 pairs. When we checked out they charged us $33 a day for the ski valet. It was almost $300 for the 7 days. When we called they said it did not apply to our room. Total inconsistent messages. For $300 I can carry my own skis back to my room. Totally left a bad taste and ruined what would have been a descent experience.

We had a great experience! We stayed here for Spring Break with our 11 and 14 year old. We had a 1 bedroom suite which I would recommend for a week's stay and with teens. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Both people at check in so nice and I'm wishing I had gotten their names but we had been on a plane and in car for hours. I specifically wanted to note Calista, Alice and Heather in the restaurant for being so helpful and kind waiting on us at breakfast those mornings. Even though it was a buffet they went above and beyond bringing the kids hot chocolate or helping us with to go coffees etc. Just very nice experience. The buffet is wonderful. I also really appreciated the laundry which is on each floor and washed clothes everyday. It was amazing to come home with almost no laundry to do! This location is excellent. You walk right out and are next to the Whistler gondola and across from the Blackcomb one. Super easy. Oh and the sushi restaurant onsite is great! But you need to make a reservation.

Wonderful access to the village. The room had plenty of room to accommodate our party and when we all got together after a day and night of activities. Pool is beautiful! Gym is great! Would I stay again? Yes...Twice
