The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler

Great location, great atmosphere at the hotel. I loved the hot chocolates at the end of a long ski day.

The location was excellent. The facilities were really clean. The staff were friendly. It wasn’t overly busy. The breakfast buffet vouchers were a nice touch. We really appreciated to courtesy car back to the bus as it was snowing.

We had a charge added to our bill which was not ours and still hasn’t been rectified. The sink in our bathroom blocked quite a bit. The room was quite hot and stuffy.

The pool & the hotel itself is so good! The staff at the door is super nice.

Close to everything you need. walkable to all attractions and bus,taxi stations

the value of the money that i paid for was for a 5 star resort but the rooms had some damages. Like the door had some cracks, the bed back board had some scratches already. they need to renovate some of the rooms

Hands down Best Resort in all of Whistler!!! 5 star luxury in the best location with the most friendly and professional staff. We have been visiting for over 20 years and always have an amazing time. If you haven’t been to whistler or stayed here I would highly recommend visiting. The rooms and suites are fantastic. Spacious and extremely clean with very comfortable beds. The resort has washers and dryers on each floor to use. I can’t stress enough how fantastic and convenient the location is. There is a fantastic ski shop in the lobby and the gondola is only steps from the resort. Being able to check your skies at the base of the mountain is fantastic and the restaurants and food is always 10/10. Definitely worth checking out. A huge thank you to the entire Westin whistler team over the last two decades. And a big shout out to the legendary Andrew Misquitta who has always bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we ever needed wanted wished for or desired. And additionally the wonderful Michael Bitcon who is doing a wonderful job during his stewardship at the reins of this great dame of whistler.

Bed was comfy. Staff was nice.

Our room was dark. The gym is small, 5 people felt very crowded. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. We had 2 days with no bodywash, we left a note out asking for more, only then it was refilled. We ran out of dishwasher tablets. Which was very annoying too. We ordered roomservice and were automatically charged an service fee. This would have been fine if the food came on a tray with cutlery and plates, but it arrived in paper bags and carton containers. For the amount you charge this should be unacceptable. Everytime we are going on a ski holiday in Europe or Japan the hotel provides a room where we can place our gear after a day on the slopes. The fact that this is not provided in a town like whistler blows my mind. We were told we're not allowed to take our gear to the room and put in on the balcony. Instead we had to leave it at the vallet, which was fine for us until we saw that you charge us for it?! Overall the experience was very underwhelming.
