Falta de meseros en alberca, agua de la alberca de adultos estaba un poco sucia, falta personal en recepción.

Que fueron unas personas honestas ya que me hicieron devolución del depósito. Aparte los meseros muy amables y atentos

Solo en bufete pues se repiten mucho las mismas comidas nos hubiese gustado más variedad de guisados

Beautiful grounds and the staff are working all day around the property to keep it nice. Pictures posted about the property accurate but outside buildings do seem rundown. Everything is easy walking distance and feels safe on the property at all hours. There is a Mexican, Italian, buffet style, and “the grill” restaurants-options. They have different activities and daily provide agenda of activities. Family and couple friendly. The spa was lovely; the menu for meals as well as spa service menu were all simple. Staff were nice and friendly. Spoke English and Spanish. Loved traditional dancing show Friday night. The Oceanside view is a massive bonus and the birds are incredible to watch. Little coffee shop is cute but limited options.

There were multiple men dressed in white throughout the beach trying to sell items including drugs. Totally inappropriate and annoying to constantly have to deny offers for hats, shirts, fake jewelry, wood carvings and weed! They offered items all day and everyday! Also the plumbing isn’t good at the hotel nor at the airport. Must be a local issue. Also altitude areas aren’t as high end for the extra price paid-and the rooms don’t have screen doors so you leave the doors open for the fresh air and ocean sound but flies then fill your room! Yuck. Also the drinks for alcoholic beverages not that high end. Cheap and low in alcohol content. Lastly the food lacked flavor at all restaurants and overall buildings for rooms seemed rundown. Lastly, no one was helpful in sharing local places to visit or areas to shop off the resort. Persons assigned to Altitude rooms aren’t really useful. Also hotel staff seem to be against uber transport and won’t help if you do Ubers. One more item…gift shop too pricey.

Our room filled up with smoked twice twice, we had smoke inhalation and had to move the room the second time

Wonderful location next to the beach. All of the staff members were kind and attentive.

Rooms were a little dated. The outdoor breakfast and lunch dining area had a malfunction half way through our stay. That left the ballroom as the only large dining area. It was disappointing we could not eat breakfast and lunch by the pool area overlooking the ocean.
