The location and the pool. Brissa was an amazing concierge and has provided great info on everything we needed. Also, Ismael wass very attentive and took care of us near the pool area. Flor was great for breakfast and she made sure all the special orders are correctly made with great taste.

The staff was super friendly Brissa ( front desk)and Gabriel(concierge ) went above and beyond to help us.

Our only down side was the lack of chairs for the guests by the pool.

This resort is pure paradise. Waking up to ocean views, spending the day between the beach and pool, and ending it with great food and drinks—it doesn’t get better than this. The restaurant/buffet staff made everything effortless, always smiling and ready to help. The vibe was exactly what we needed: peaceful, refreshing, and just the right amount of fun. If you’re looking to disconnect and recharge, this is the place.

Moskito was perfect just More dessert options in the menu. Bigger servings especially in their japanese restaurant. ayami needs some serious inprovements. Our butler didnt respond to our requests and queries on our last day of our stay.
