The fact that people reserved pool chairs with towels

This hotel is great value for the money. I wouldn’t pay anymore to stay here, but I do feel we got value for what we paid. The beds were very comfortable which is important. We just chose the continuous ON option for the fan on the thermostat which provided enough white noise for a great nights sleep.

The property is tired and the food could use some improvement, but the price reflects that.

Beautiful pools, great breakfast bar and smaller restaurants. Very comfortable beds, best nights’ sleep!

If you don’t make reservations at one of the smaller restaurants, you’ll end up in the huge buffet, which feels like you’re at a convention center

Great variety of food and fruit for breakfast for our whole family. Most loved the french toast. I love the omelets and chilaquiles. Fruit and fruit drinks were refreshing and great way to start day!

The bed was comfortable

The food and drinks were not great. When we arrived there was a push to upgrade to avoid loud street noise and to be able to go to special areas of the property. I found it to be a waste of money. It was hard to get chairs at the pool unless you arrive in the early morning and the beach area of the hotel didn’t have lounge chairs with umbrellas or options to rent cabanas, just round loungers that were awkward.
