Great hotel to be shared with local visitors

I’ve been staying in this property for several years now, love the location of it and staff is attentive. The rooms need some remodeling especially the showers.

Beds were rock hard, bands on the beaches were loud and battled sometimes three different bands playing.

pros-friendly service, price and location. cons-very hard beds, Loud Mexican Bands playing all day on the beach. Vendors constantly bugging you to buy something. Very few staff speak any english.

Nice older, well maintained property. My third time here.

Had a great time. They were very accommodating. The buffets were not great, but the streets have lots of great restaurants and night life. Beachs were clean and beautiful. Rooms were exceptional, aside from the little bit of noise that was heard from the windows being slated in the halls. I will be returning to this hotel for sure

Hotel was great but constant noise by very loud brass bands standing right at the beach property line made it impossible to relax. As soon as one band finished after 30 min another band showed up within 3 minutes. This went on from noon to 8.30pm every day. Beach vendors allowed 10 feet inside the roped boundary too. I do purchase from the vendors but I do it on the beach side of the rope.

The hotel has a great location and beautiful beach front. This is about all that we liked about the hotel. The rooms are old and need maintenance. The ac leaked our sink didn't drain and we sometimes didn't get replacement towels or bath mats. The beach is loud and thats to be expected since there are bandas at the beach but they let guests run around yelling and ddinking all night. We called at 1am to ask them to ask the other people to quit making noise in the common areas. This was the loudest most uncomfortable hotel.

There are constantly four brass bands playing on thr beach at once. It was so very loud and obnoxious. Very limited food options and the food was just okay. The same things over and over. The property is beautiful but we will never stay there again.

The hotel is wonderful. I will definitely stay again perfect for families. They have more than five pools. I didn’t even get to explore the other side of the hotel but overall everything is walking distance.
