The place was clean and complete!

Property is in a great location and is clean. Staff extremely helpful and very professional. Each staff member we encountered either from front desk, those at the door greeting guests, or even those at the entrances to the mall monitoring who was going in and out provided excellent customer service and were attentive. We stayed twice at this hotel during our extended trip as we explored another area and then returned to this hotel with family. Both times our room was clean and had beautiful views. Ample space and the bed was very comfortable! 3rd and 4th floor had direct entrances to the neighboring mall which was convenient. From this location we walked to other parts near the hotel for coffee and ended up in another mall not too far away so great location to explore on foot. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping our rooms refreshed and stocked. Great place to stay!

You don’t just serve guests, you create experiences we look forward to again and again.

Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Ortigas started a bit rough, but thanks to the incredible lounge team, it turned into one of our most memorable family stays. I want to sincerely thank Ms. Tine, Ms. Rizza, Ms. Mara, Sir Justin, and Sir Cris for their exceptional service. They didn’t just do their jobs — they genuinely cared. They were very warm, accommodating, and especially patient with my grandparents, which really touched our hearts. Seeing my grandparents smile and enjoy because of their kindness meant everything to us. Because of their efforts, what could have been a disappointing stay became a wonderful Easter celebration for our family. They made us feel valued, comfortable, and truly welcomed. Great hotels are not just about the rooms or amenities, they are about the people. And your lounge team is definitely your greatest asset.
