I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The room was superb—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Mara Maribay, the Duty Manager, was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and especially wonderful with my children, which I deeply appreciated. The rest of the front desk team was equally commendable—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. The only downside during my stay was the breakfast buffet. While the selection was decent, I found it lacking in healthy options, which would have made the experience more well-rounded. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would still gladly return for the comfort and excellent service.

Room was great and comfortable for what i payed for, i never got food at the restaurants but i did order room service sometimes and they were very good with it.

The only complaint id say i had was the pillows were not what im used to/need due to my sleep apnea my neck and back were quite sore from it as they were too soft both the firm and soft versions.

Bathroom need an upgrade.

Excellent staff, comfortable room, very good breakfast buffet. Location gives access to the mall for shopping and dining as well.
