I had a truly wonderful experience at Holiday Inn, especially in the lounge area. The ambiance was warm, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. She was absolutely gorgeous, not only in appearance but also in the way she carried herself with professionalism and grace. Shai was very attentive, approachable, and genuinely kind. She made sure that all guests were well taken care of, and her friendly smile created a welcoming atmosphere in the lounge. Her dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and valued. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency, warmth, and charm so effortlessly.
