Baymont by Wyndham Kasson Rochester Area

The suite I stayed in was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had a huge balcony. Divided into 2 separate areas for guests was great. and had a door to keep privacy. Breakfast was the worst!! There is wonderful gas station very close by that has everything you need from prepared meals to hot and ready to go. I had the coffee and that was fine. No coffee maker in the room. I was here for a class reunion and didn't have high expectations, but the experience was better than I expected.

Pool was very cold, Hot Tub was cold/ Breakfast was substandard, poor selection, juice machine dispensed colored water.

Very dated, rust in bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the room since we were basically only in it to sleep and those morning there were bugs. Went to check out and just a note telling us to leave the keys, had to wait quite awhile for someone to come check is in

Travelocity said pet fee was $10, but was actually $20. Overall price was very reasonable.

Mattress outside of building. Building in poor condition outside. Cannot understand the staff. No one answers the phone. Carpet filthy in rooms. Outdated chipped furniture. I just felt yucky. Had to ask for pool towels and they all had holes in them. Would never stay again.

I was charged twice for the room. I booked the wrong day, but when I got to the front desk it allowed me to change it online. For some reason I was then charged again.

The pool was warm. It wasn’t cool like most.
