Baymont by Wyndham Kasson Rochester Area

The hot tub did not work. 2 of the 3 days we went downto have breakfast the food was either gone or the eggs were dried out. one fo the days it was only 8:30am and the waffle machine was empty, no yogurt left and the toast was gone. We ended up having to make plans to eat elsewhere. We had to ask for clean towels and room service to take our trash. when they finally came they handed me the towels and trash bags. I had to change them myself. I tried to use the workout room but the machine was not able to be used. The cables on the machine were twisted and it would not work. We probably will not used this hotel again.

Great property and the staff is incredible! I lived in the area for years and now I don’t but when I visit I do stay here. Very safe and quiet. Great prices and wonderful rooms.

Very old property needing updating. Pillows suck bed was less than comfortable. Handicap accessible really was not handicapped. They had a shower chair that you had to take in and out manually not fixed into the unit itself. The whole building smells of stale cigarette smoke even though it’s smoke free, it must’ve been years Built up and unable to remove very cheap hotel. You do get what you pay for Location was perfect for where I needed to be so for a few nights it worked.

I didnt like being trapped in my room because another guest had loose dogs but the hotel service was great

The rooms need to be cleaned better . Behind the chair was filthy Belongings left by previous occupants still in room Carpet old and frayed Dusty all over . Needs to be updated The outside of the building falling apart

We had a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again.

Swimming pool not working and i was cheated to come

Absolutely nothing

Terribly dirty, smelly, false advertisement. Rude staff refused to give us a refund after our concerns and us not even staying. Also booked a double room and gave us a single room knowing we couldn’t possibly fit. Pool has actually been closed for years but they continue to advertise it misleading people. We had to spend double last minute to find different accommodations.

Did not check in due to the fact they told me they had a pool when I booked but didn’t say that it wasn’t working. Terrible service!
