The place was not clean, the cereal was stale kisd wouldnt eat it. It said pool under construction but was never told that. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT No hot tub. When looking at pool, the water looked beautiful, the filter was running so not sure why we couldn't use it. I had also booked a 2nd room and looking for a credit on both rooms. I have pictures of one if the rooms. Other people also with kuds were very upset that the pool wasnt working and weren't told.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! Not clean at all! Do not recommend staying here even if just for one night. Place is falling apart and has not been updated or kept up at all.

I booked a King Jacuzzi room at the Baymont in Kasson after working over 36 hours on the road. I was beyond exhausted and just wanted a clean, comfortable place to relax. Instead, I got a nightmare. 1️⃣ Filthy Room: The entire room was disgusting—dirt, crumbs, dead bugs, and hair everywhere. Clearly, it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. 2️⃣ Disgusting Bedding: The bed had blood stains, urine stains, and other questionable fluids on the blankets, mattress pad, and sheets. When I asked for replacements, the front desk handed me more stained, dirty linens. I tried again, only to be given the exact same filthy blanket. Unacceptable. I had already laid down before realizing how nasty the bed was, and waking up to see a huge yellow crusty stain—with a dried bloodstain underneath—made me feel absolutely violated. 3️⃣ Jacuzzi Horror: I specifically booked this room for the jacuzzi, but it was filthy—scum, dirt, hair, crumbs, and God knows what else floating around. When I complained, they gave me bleach and told me to clean it myself. Seriously?! 4️⃣ Towel Shortage & More Dirt: Not only were there not enough towels, but the ones available were stained and dirty. Even if I had wanted to use the jacuzzi (after cleaning it myself), I wouldn’t have had enough towels to dry off. When I brought up my concerns, the front desk told me to speak only with them—not to escalate the issue. While I appreciate that the staff was friendly and tried to help, their efforts weren’t enough to fix the serious problems I encountered. This was my honest experience, not an attempt to be a 'Karen.' I paid for a clean, comfortable stay and instead got an unsanitary, unacceptable mess. Never again.

Heat didn't work. No fridge and mold

Our stay was horrible due to the heater in our 1st room didn't work hardly at all. We got moved to a 2nd room and that heater was horrible also. Our only saving grace was there was a fireplace that helped the heater in the 2nd room. It was late at night or we would have just left.

Well when we opened our room it was ice cold. Turned the heat on and it wasn't heating the room well after 20 mins. It was cold out so we waited a few more minutes still not warming up. Had to keep my winter jacket on. Went to desk the guy was very friendly he did switch us to a different room. That room was also slow to warm up but it had a small fireplace which helped. Blanket on bed was super thin. It was late at night so we stayed anyways. Couldn't call the other person that was staying with us in their room cause the phone didn't work. Made coffee in room and it tastes like the paper cup they gave to pour it in. Unfortunately we were really disappointed but it was too late at night when we got there so we toughed it out.
