"On a tous chaud dans cette hôtel! Sans climatisation"

La chambre était au fond du couloir (234) malgré une réservation réservé longtemps en avance, des personnes ont réservé la veille et obtenu des chambres plus adaptés. Pas de climatisation (en panne) dans la chambre durant la période caniculaires. Des lampes ne s’allument pas. 3 lits séparés alors que j’ai simplement demandé un lit double. Très mauvaise expérience pour ce second passage chez IBIS Style à Massy.

Pas de climatisation et des lampes qui ne s’allument pas. L’excuse c’est en cours de rénovation.

Ordentliche Lage, für Durchreisende in die Bretagne.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im vierten Stock. Erst als wir bezahlt haben, teilte uns der Pförtner mit, dass der Aufzug defekt ist.
