The staff was very responsive at 2 am when I called to have them quiet the people right next to me that were still screaming and yelling at who knows what. The room barely passes as being able to stay and the walkway to my room on the second floor was disgusting. I have no idea what the main hotel was like as I was across the street with the partiers and weed smokers
