I love the real gatlinburg experience

Our only complaints are that the bathroom door in our room would not close all the way and the blue tile floor wasnt as clean as I would like. But the beds were very comfortable and we loved the view feom the private patio. Also, the pools and the cafe were great. Awesome food and everyone was super nice.

Office staff very helpful. Older building but clean. Pools are nice along with the pool seating areas.

Great staff , clean room, and easy walk to downtown--also access to trolly if needed.

Staff is friendly and helpful and welcoming. Hotel could use updates. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed the sound of the water as we were creek side.

Loved the pools and hot tub. The creek flowing by the property was clean and accessible. The staff were great and everything was maintained and kept clean. Rooms are a little dated and they have removed the sauna, but still have a sign indicating that there is a sauna. This is deceptive. Fair price for the accommodations.

Very nice option for budget friendly travelers. Love that it’s on the bus route so no need to drive in a busy town. Good at the restaurant was actually super good. Give it a try:) thank you for a good experience.

Great stay as usual, what’s not to like about this place

Lots of mirrors… the big hot tub was a nice touch, but it was janky and broken in some parts. The room smelled of old days of galloping around nude chasing your company with an inflatable pool toys. Well, the fireplace is good for romance as well, the carpet feels musty and the air is damp… the curtains don’t close completely so unless you’re an exhibitionist you’ll love it! All in all, the check in was easy and quick, the room was a relic of the good ol’ party days you had in you, the bed was comfy enough for tired bones after a lot of walking the strip of Gatlinburg or Smoky Mountain exploring.
