You can hear all the movements from upstairs into your room. Also they charge you for parking and do not disclose that before your reservation.
You’re paying for the views with rooms at $250 a night. They need to do more and better for this rate as far as amenities, room quality and breakfast. The rooms are old remodeled motel style and not very nice for the price. There was a flashing light on the fire alarm all night (not great for rest). Room kurig coffee machines made bad coffee and the plastic packaged powder cream and sugar felt cheap. The breakfast plate was about $25 with reconstituted eggs and was cold. It’s not horrible and I don’t think you can beat the instagram worthy views. Staff is friendly and it’s clean.

The fact that I got severely ill after eating from the bar menu. The fact that you could hear everything going on in the room next door. The beds do not stay in place, they move when getting in and out if bed. Beds are extremely uncomfortable!

Front desk seems a little inexperienced as most decisions need approvals from managers. Pictures of Mountain View rooms are rooms where you must go outside to a shared balcony for views. I would book least expensive room bc not much advantage. Hotel food is what you expect at a continental breakfast at a chain hotel but again, at least they offered food for a price.
What an amazing gem. Stellar views, first class accommodations and an extraordinary staff. Maureen, Austin and Brayden made us feel right at home.

Doors on the 1st floor are so heavy to keep open try to load luggage! there is no hook to keep it open to load luggage and why do you have to street park to load should be another way.....otherwise we love the property 100%
