USExtremely bad experience. The rooms are basically a cave with the only window facing directly onto the parking area a few feet away from the front door. If you open the blinds anyone walking by can see directly in your room. There is no privacy. I booked the hotel for 4 nights but left after one night and the hotel told me they would provide a refund for the additional three nights but didn't. I submited a request through Chase Travel but the hotel refused to provide a refund. Don't be duped by the pictures on their website. This hotel is barely a 2 star hotel.

The hotel was well decorated. However, when we arrived we were told there was no early check and in fact the lobby was filled with people who couldn't check in even at 4pm (standard check in). The staff had a lobby filled with people waiting to check in and they didn't seem to know what to do.
Myself and a group of friends went for a wedding. The views from certain rooms are incredible, however the walls between the rooms are incredibly thin. Our neighbors were talking at a normal volume and we could hear every word. When we called to express our frustration we were told there was nothing they could do other than comp us breakfast. Every guest of the wedding complained of difficulty sleeping due to this issue, so I don't think it was just our room. At this price point, I'd expect better. If you go, earplugs are highly encouraged.
Traveler beware! While this hotel has beautiful views, it is unsanitary and roach infested. Just got back from 2 nights at the property - I called the front desk because we woke to 3 cockroaches in the room. She apologized, said she would send someone right away and have management reach out to me. Nobody came and nobody called. We went for a hike, came back and the bugs were still there (both living and dead). I contacted them multiple times over phone, email and the app chat - not a single person ever got back to me. Insane that they think this is acceptable. Absolutely disgusting. BTW - our room was right by the restaurant/bar so I’m guessing they were either coming from there or it has the same issues. So gross!
