Cindy at the breaksfast service was the sweetest person. She served with excellence, was helpful, professional and service oriented. Highly recommend this employee.

Front desk Phi'Lisa Pearson was unprofessional, lacked customer service skills, rude and disrespectul from the moment we checked in. Because of her attitude and actions, we cut our stay short by 2 nights. She does not understand that she represents the brand of Holiday Inn Express and because of her we will rethink staying again at another one. Which is sad as we had an excellent experience at the Monroeville, PA location two nights before staying at this location.
