Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Center Township by IHG

I had a great experience during my stay! Juanita at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lady overseeing breakfast (I'm so sorry I didn’t catch her name — older, white, with blonde/light brown hair and glasses). She was wonderfully attentive and genuinely kind. She kept apologizing for the oven issue that caused a delay with the bacon, but honestly, she didn’t need to — her care and attention more than made up for it. Great staff really makes a difference, and they certainly did here!

Good friendly place to stay, but the breakfast need major improvements

The building and our room was very clean and very nice!!! The parking lot was full of garbage all over!!! You had to step around and over it!! The front desk clerks were less than friendly and the clerk that checked us in was in her car in a handicapped spot when we pulled in. She acted like it was a huge effort to help me check in and was very rude. The check out clerk wasn’t much better.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was ok. Parking was the best parking out of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Staff wasn’t the most knowledgeable. But very friendly.

There was a lot of starchy foods on the buffet, but the juice and cereal options were tasty nonetheless.

Bacon instead of sausage sits better on your stomach when you have a long drive ahead of you.

Very clean room. Impressed with size of room. Nice bed.

Lost hot water and pressure in the shower
