I booked this hotel specifically for the free parking. Upon check in, we were told that the parking lot was full and there was a public parking lot a couple blocks away for 6 Euros a day. Nice location in the fashion district of Cannes.

"Small hotel with pool and good location"

This was our 3rd stay and they gave us an upgrade to a room with a balcony which was a big improvement to the room facing the front (quiet vs traffic). The hotel has a small indoor pool, but that area is not particularly clean. Also, small rooms with little closet space. Still, decent breakfast and a good deal overall.

"Close to the center of Cannes"

Good hotel, reasonably priced, close to the center of Cannes. Staff courteous. . Because of Expedia, I was given a room upgrade, which was nice.

Bathroom was dirty, water not exchanged in the room, very small rooms and in general a bit old and run down, does not deserve four stars

"Fantastic hotel in a great location"

There is nothing wrong with Eden Hotel at all. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do more for you. Our room wasn't quite ready as we arrived 2 hours before check in. The man on reception happily gave us a pass to use the hotels outdoor pool (which there is normally a cost for). The room was spacious and clean. TV was a big point for me as I wanted to watch the Mayweather v McGregor fight which was on in the room at no cost. Breakfast was lovely, we don't really eat hot breakfasts abroad as not a big fan of eggs & bacon abroad. Plenty of choice though which was all tasty. The biggest selling point of Eden Hotel is without a doubt the location as it is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach and is right where all the shops are. I couldn't praise the hotel more to be fair. We would stay here again if we revisit Cannes
