Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes

Possibly one of the more economical stays in Cannes (maybe?) though likely the least impressive place we stayed over a two week trip around the region. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Paid extra for a balcony with a view, only the “view” was laughably bad. You had to pull the door in a certain way to get it to lock properly. The gym equipment was broken. We got the impression this place is more “spa” first that just happens to have rooms to stay in. It wasn’t a *BAD* stay by any means, but what we got was definitely not what we thought we were paying for.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Location is about 10 mins walk from the train station in Cannes and about 5 mins to the beach. It’s on the main shopping street (right at one end) so is good for getting around the city (you’ll do a fair bit of walking though!). Lots of places to eat I. Cannes either 3/4 mins walk in the town or 10/15mins walk to the places in the harbour area and on the sea front. Room was large, comfortable and well equipped although the cleaning service was very inconsistent and sloppy over our stay. Indoor Spa area was very nice and we used it a few times (it included a small dipping poor, decent steam room and small sauna) although frustratingly the outside spa was closed which we were disappointed about as it was one of the factors making us book. It was closed because of the poor weather despite it being upwards of 20 degrees and sun everyday? Staff were excellent and really helpful. Overall a good hotel.

Lovely cosy hotel with small room but big balcony with a seaview. It was good to relax in their spa after full working week at the exhibition which has saunas, jacuzzi and pool. There not so many hotels in Cannes which can offer you this treat, so I was really happy to pick this hotel. It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach and around 15 minutes to old town.

The spa was lovely and so quiet and really enjoyed the breakfast. There was no minibar and the indoor bar doesn't open during the day. A great hotel in a great location and good value.

a lovely hotel , good facilities , lovely spa just quite busy , and more milk needed for the coffee ! really comfortable spacious rooms , good bathroom , bed was a little hard but thats just my taste !! reception were really helpful , didn't find the parking till after so that was a shame
