Nice hotel with helpful and courteous staff. Good indoor relaxation facilities

Generally great. Website should say “limited self-parking” as we couldn’t get a space in October & had to park in a public car park which was disappointing. Other than that was a great hotel. Good location & service.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast divine.

Great hotel, weLloyd situated with some great features in the room. The room lacked a full size mirror and would have benefited from an additional chair as we were in an upgraded pristine room. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they had a gift in the room for us, a lovely touch.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast expensive but two cafes across the street worth a visit. Rooftop pool 20euros a person, dreadful price for a poor swimming pool and jacuzzi! No wonder nobody was using it!

Really friendly staff! I will always stay here. The gentleman at the front desk were so sweet. Everything was top notch

The location is great in Rue d'Antibes,Cannes which is the 2nd popular street in Cannes The hotel is close to the sea ( just a few minutes from) The room was clean ... but did not like the WC the Toilte is in a separate location then the WC ( just near the room door .. while the showe is after accessing the bedroom The GYM is a small room with several equipment, the SPA was good . Hotel staff are very friendly and although i was not upgraded ( rooms where unavailable) the did welcome me with macaron Thanks to all the eden hotel cannes

This hotel is a really good choice in many respects. Lots of room for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) if you have the penthouse with a large patio. Great views. Right next to the rooftop pool and jacuzzi with free access. Beds were ok for us too. Sunbeds on patio were good. Free candy ‘bar’ at reception. Staff are generally helpful and very friendly (although we had one slightly bad experience but later learned this was a trainee). Room did not have facilities advertised but reception sorted this relatively quickly. Generally room cleaned well but mess missed in parts. Decor was also quiet tired in our room. It could be fantastic with a bit of styling in the room and new curtains etc so a shame not done. The more we got used to the room however the more we came to like it though. I’d stay again but it was pricey. The space and view justify this but the decor may not.... Quite well maintained common areas and rooftop but jacuzzi a bit dirty and surrounding screens in parts but not bad. Good internal pool area and fab central location, within walking distance to everything
