Big room and bed. Powerful shower, Friendly staff. Easy to park. Good bar

We couldn't open our windows, and while we were grateful for a fan it was still quite hot. I doubt the room has aircon so the room would get very hot. The breakfast room was also v hot

Room was small considering it was booked for a double room. Booked for my guest. They Charge extra £20 for parking for 1 night! Booked for 2 nights, and when extended for anther night, my guest was told to check out before 11am and check in after 3pm! Not helpful at all!

The facilities are excellent! I had never tried a full English breakfast before, and I was a little surprised by the variety of sausages and other breakfast meats, as well as the baked beans, but everything was impeccable. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. From the reception team to the housekeeping staff, and even the bartender, who managed to make me a caipirinha despite never having made one before, everyone provided outstanding service. When I return to Bristol, I fully expect to stay there again.

The room had very strong smell of old dirty carpet or some vintage shop, it was overwhelming. There was mould around the bath tub.

Always love coming to Bristol for this hotel. Not all rooms are great but love room 171. Staff lovely. Lovely feel about the place. Nice relaxed bar. Comfy beds. Love the fact this place is quirky and not uniformed like corporate hotels.

The hotel is very well located & the breakfast was very good. For the price paid for the room, I was very happy. Parking was plentiful & cheap also.

The hotel is dated & in places, a bit grubby. Needs some investment to bring it back to life. The shower was terrible.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut man ist sehr schnell im Centrum und nebenan befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Wir hatten ein bisschen ein lautes Zimmer weil sich im Floor gerade die Durchgangstüre befand.
