Arnos Manor Hotel

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfy Breakfast was good with loads of choice

The room got hot and stuffy through the night and the window only slightly opened, when we arrived the lady on the desk was on the phone and we didnt get spoken to for about 10 minutes I understand it's busy but a quick "hello I will be with you in a minute" would have gone a long way

Stayed 1 night and all was good. Great parking and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast in interesting surroundings.

Rooms need a bit of TLC and some artwork but Good value overall.

The bed was extremely comfortable

Some of the staff we find them not particularly warm.

Size of room. Check in easy and quick. Great comfortable bed and a bath. Would visit again. The drinking water in reception a nice touch and bar staff friendly and helpful.

Reception staff hard to understand. Never have I ordered food where A: so much was not available and B: where the main was bought to me before the starter! Room was too hot. Breakfast staff sparse which means you wait around to be seated when all they want is your room number. Breakfast food not very appealing and whilst tasted ok, it smelt rank. Only stayed as it was a last resort as my previous stay was just as bad.
