Service, room, cleanliness and friendly staff make us feel very comfortable like we are regular and they know us.

I have stayed here four times now and I can honestly say it is a great place with very friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile for you and the cleaning staff do a great job it is spotless. It is located very close to public transport for easy access to the town center and main bus station also a 5min walk from local shops and cafes. Love it would highly recommend 👍

Ideal location for visiting relatives and handily outside the Bristol Clean Air Zone for our old Jaguar. Breakfast good value if booked in advance.

This was everything I needed for one night business travel. It was clean, safe and quiet. The room was a good size and I could plug my firestick into the TV without too much trouble and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to watch it.

The property is maybe a little bit care worn, but for what I needed that was fine and for the price you have to have realistic expectations.

The building was interesting and nicely adapted as a hotel. The lady at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. I don't remember requesting a quiet room, it was in a remote part. The room was large and comfortable. The nearby park was a bonus and there were lovely views from the top of the hill.

The room and bathroom is adapted for accessibility and I was surprised as I had not requested that. The walk in shower without doors and a curtain meant some of the rest of the bathroom floor was wet. Otherwise we were very happy with the facilities.
