"Great space for a family of 5."

Room 305 was the perfect fit for our family of 5. Kitchen had all essential appliances and room also had an AC unit. Was right across the street from the Village center. Pool area was nice and indoor parking was convenient. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again for a family trip.

De lokatie

De communicatie was niet in orde. De beheerder had ons geen toegangsdetails voor het appartement gestuurd. Het bureau reageerde niet op berichten via booking.com, niet op e-mail en hun telefoonnummer was niet bereikbaar (vanaf een Europees nummer). Uiteindelijk hebben we op zondagmiddag mbv het lokale touristenkantoor een noodnummer van elevate vacations weten te bereiken. Hier werd mij in eerste instantie verteld dat ik niet op de gastenlijst stond. Na stevig aandringen werd mijn naam toch gevonden en kreeg ik telefonisch de toegangscodes van het appartement doorgegeven. Nog even formeel per e-mail nasturen was te veel moeite.
