Lake Placid Lodge

Location is ideal. Check-in info was initially a little confusing. Some of the information we got was conflicting, but we just followed the instructions we got the day before check in and it worked out great.

Loved the loft apartment for our family of 5. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a short stay. Loved the location with the grocer, bottle shop and coffee across the street. Close enough to explore whistler village but much quieter to stay.

Parking was a bit tight underground, not an issue of getting in early but coming back late was very much a bit of a challenge with a bigger hire car but we managed.

Very convenient location

Couple of little blips but nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

We stayed here for 5 days, the location is amazing, the room is very clean. The hot tub is cold on Saturday, so we can not use it.

1. a little bid complicated check in process, 2. it took time to explain that family with 2 kids need 4 sets of bed staff including pillows and blankets and robes. Not 2! And it was indicated during booking. Communication with staff is complicated as there is no one physically there. Small room, that is better for 2 not for 4. But we came for skiing not staying in the room so that was ok, everything else is very good.

Unit was clean and located in a super convenient location, just 5 mins walk to chair lift.

Sofa bed was sagging in the middle and so it wasn’t comfortable.
