The property was near downtown but in a very sketchy side of town.

Our room was filthy. There was a white towel that was black, moldy, and hairy dangling on the shower rail. Overheard the front desk employee tell other guests that homeless people were sneaking into the hotel. Every corner of the hotel room was dirty. There were strands of hair everywhere, black and brown stains on all of the towels, and an odd odor that would hit you as soon as you opened the door. People were screaming and arguing on the top of their lungs outside of our door until past midnight. The front desk worker was also arguing with someone at the time of check out. You have to call the front desk to get let into the hotel to check in. Overall, a very disorganized, dirty, and nasty place.

The room for what it cost was nice

The front desk tent asked for extra 10 dollars cash on top of the room fee and the refundable distinction deposit. That was not mentioned while booking. And it went in his pocket
