I scheduled a room there and when I got there they didnt have rooms and kept my money. I call booking me.com to see what yall can do and yall nothing. Everybody gone know about this on every platform

Close to everything I needed. Quite even though it's right off the highway. Friendly staff.

There was a lot of hair strands in the bathroom floor upon arrival but that is literally my only negative thing. I know hair is difficult to clean up I just swept it under the sink.

I didn't see any breakfast; maybe they offer it, but I didn't see anything.

Unforeseen charges once you arrive at the property that are not listed on any of the booking sites. Charges to park your vehicle, extra charges for pets, and cash deposits for things that are listed on a taped piece of paper at the front desk. Very disappointing.

A flop house if the State inspected they would shut it down.

It was old raggedy. The floors are not vacuumed. Never heard of vacuum. Bathroom was nasty. The tub needed to be replaced counters dirty nasty raggedy. The television set wasn’t able to change channels adjust volume. It just stayed on one station. I paid through Booking.com 140 for my three day day when I got there they said I had to pay $100 deposit that would be refunded to me never they did not refund it. My son came to visit me. They said he smelled like smoke but other people in the building smoke I found a pack of Marlboro shorts in the hallway on the floor. I just felt disgusted and dirty. The whole time I was here they weren’t nice. I came out of my room and the lady was talking to me about how much I had to pay for the deposit and why hadn’t paid it all out in front of the hallway very loud that was very unprofessional. If you needed us to talk to me about something please take me to the side and we don’t be talking out loud in the hallway so everyone else could hear. I didn’t like that. I would like my refund cause I was not comfortable. I stayed because I didn’t have no other choice and my grandson was planning in a tournament. That’s why I had attended Kansas City Missouri, but that was not a good hotel. It was a flophouse. I would like my refund back and my deposit. He told me that my deposit would be back in my account the following day at 11 and never was so why did I have to pay $100 deposit.
