Countryside Suites Kansas City Independence I-70E Sports Complex Hotel

Nothing. Place was a shit hole. The picture I seen on the website did not match what I ended up with.

Everything about the place

The location was perfect, with access to restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and the highways. The staff was excellent from beginning to end in accommodating our short-notice room request. The bedding was comfortable, the vending machine area was great, and there was a microwave in the front hall for personal use. The manager was very polite, professional and courteous. We had an issue with our car trunk not opening and the staff was absolutely the best, they made sure we got our trunk open and made us feel at home. Will definatley return and recommend to family, friends and visitors.

Nothing at all

I was told they would save the 100 dollar cash deposit for me but then when I got there after already paying for the room they told me that yeah they waved the $100 be but there's a ten dollar re-cleaning fee and I explained to them that I didn't have any money on me that I was broke that I spent the last of my money on a hotel room and they didn't then told me well your room is none refundable so they would not refund me not a penny of my money which was $64 and was rude as hell so I ended up walking back home from i-70 and Noland road to 23rd Street and Noland road which took over 2 hours

The male worker was great had a nice and polite

The female was rude even over the phone to a random person trying to get a room and should learn some manners

The bed was comfortable and the price was tight.

No Kleenex .very little toilet paper and the bathroom was not clean.
