Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Boston - Marlboro by IHG

Hotel was somewhat run down. Night stand between beds was falling off the wall. Room had a funny odor

I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights! The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. A little renovation going on but over all main areas are fairly clean. The room was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again if the price is right!!

Good location; convenient to the interstate and good shopping. Hotel not in great shape. Had a weird mothball smell throughout. It was dirty and dirty outside around the hotel. The water pressure in both the shower and sinks not great. The beds were comfortable. Only 1 guess washer/dryer which was not convenient. The gym...well not much to it a few dumbbells and 2 treadmills and room was like a closet. Ice machines were out of order. But most of the staff was friendly!

Visiting family for the weekend so we needed to cover our housing needs at a reasonable rate. This hotel does the job - good location right off I495, good size rooms and modernized interiors. The included self-service breakfast helps make the room rate better value for money. Staff were very accommodating!

Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Unfortunately hot water was out on Friday but we got around that. It happens

They had a hot water outage and said they would refund us 50% thru our booking partner

Staff was nice and the place was clean quite and peaceful.

They was doing some remodeling but you couldn’t tell other than dumpster in parking lots

The staff working the night we checked in was amazing - he went above and beyond to help us find a room suitable after I indicated I would NOT stay in initial room given. Room was mid Reno, missing floor trim, outlet covers and had window wide open with AC on so was very “damp” . I’m from SE TN and know humid- this was gross damp

Condition of rooms, stairway mid Reno, grounds unkept, did not even try to eat breakfast- so no opinion on that. They had dehumidifiers thought on each floor- but were not timely in emptying them, we did that for them on our floor each night we came back to room. Smell, humidity and for being in a more completed Reno room- lamp shades stained, window shade was dirty and LED mirror in bathroom flickered on day 3 like a strobe light.
