"Was nice until it wasn't"

Swim out was nice,

The noise from the people above was terrible, screaming kids, loud adults and water being splashed down over to our balcony. There was also glass they broke and pushed down to our balcony. We complained and the only option was to upgrade the room, which we did to the villa. That was exceptional but it was an additional $250 per day. Food was ok but nothing to rave about.

Nunca me decepciona esta cadena de hoteles, la comida, la atención, la limpieza, la logística es increíble.

La playa tiene sargazo en estas fechas y es imposible estar ahí. El espacio para caminar de un lado a otro en la playa es algo limitado. Esto no es culpa del hotel*
